An Update on Prize Redemption & Pick-Up

To ensure the safety and well-being of our listeners and our teams due to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, our offices will be working at a restricted capacity until further notice. If you have won a prize with us, please be advised that our office is now closed until further notice. We will be in touch to let you know when you will be able to pick up your prize at a later date.

Where do I pick up my prize?

You can drop by the SONiC office at the address below:

We’re located one block west of Cambie & Broadway, behind the Cactus Club restaurant.

When can I pick up my prize?
Monday – Friday : 9:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday – Sunday :  Closed

What do I need to bring?

You will need one piece of photo ID.
PLEASE NOTE: If picking up a prize on behalf of someone else you will need to bring one piece of their photo ID and expressed permission of the winner.
Your prize will be available for 60 days.

We DO NOT mail out prizes.
